EFS team provides daily communication with the client. The incompliances identification act is immediately sent by the client to all parties involved into the process.

Service includes the following activities:
- Detailed study of the works ongoing at the site;
- Precise specification of the technological part of the work, detailed agreement on technological part with the contractor company (with planning of the existing or offered technologies);
- Familiarization of the personnel and individual teams engaged at the construction site with the agreed upon technologies;
- Daily inspection of the construction site by quality specialist (at least two routine rounds over all types of work processes);
- Defects identification, their describing and photographing;
- Issuance of individual acts for each work, with respect of daily performance;
- Providing of the mentioned acts to the contractor company on a daily basis.
